Completed 23 years in the Royal Navy and now has 14 years commercial Maritime industry behind him, starting his time within the bitumen tanker industry and moving over to Svitzer (Maersk) towage in operational management positions for the UK and Africa regions.  Simon has spent the last two and a half years as the Operations Manager with Windcat Workboats
