Offshore Turbine Services are committed to the implementation, operation and maintenance of a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015 standard. OTS will:

  • Listen to the customer’s requirements and to meet those requirements with a high level of customer service at all stages of operation from the initial contact through to the completion of the project.
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate performance of all aspects of the business, in order to continually improve the Quality Management System and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that we meet or exceed all our compliance obligations.
  • Regularly analyse and review the Quality Management System and Quality Policy to ensure its continued suitability.

OTS places the greatest importance upon the Health, Safety and Welfare of our crew and passengers. Safety management is integral to our operations, including in-depth crew training; comprehensive RAMS; permits to work and detailed emergency preparedness procedures. Our Integrated Management System is independently audited and accredited by Bureau Veritas and is both ISM Code and ISO 45001 compliant.

OTS employees strive to:

  • Establish safe working practices in order to eliminate all accidents.
  • Identify and address hazards as a routine part of all activities.
  • Monitor performance, correct faults and where necessary, improve procedures, communication and training to avoid recurrence of accidents and incidents.
